PEANUT BUTTER CUPCAKE WITH PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE FROSTING.

 
 
 
Resepi ni memang dah lama sinmpan tapi tak buat-buat gak. Memandangkan ada satu bekas peanutbutter kat rumah, ku gagahkan juga buat cupcake. Hasilnya, memang sodaapp....
Bagi yang sukakan peanutbutter, ini adalah resepi yang sesuai.

Peanut Butter Pound Cake

Ingredients

1 cup of butter
1 cups of granulated sugar
1 cup of firmly packed light brown sugar
½ cups of creamy peanut butter (saya habiskan botol kecil tu)
5 eggs
1 tablespoon of vanilla
3 cups of cake flour
½ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of baking soda
1 cup of milk (susu segar)

Cream butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add brown sugar and peanut butter and continue beating thoroughly. Add
eggs, One at a time, beating wll after each addition ; add vanilla and blend well. Sift Together the dry ingredients and add alternately with the milk. Pour into a Large, lightly greased tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for around an hour or until
It tests done.


Peanut Butter Fudge Frosting

3/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temp
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Pinch of salt
2 cups icing sugar
3/4 cup cocoa powder

In a bowl, beat together butter, peanut butter and salt until creamy. With mixer on slow speed, beat in icing sugar. Add cocoa powder, beat until very smooth and creamy
